Revealing the spaces
The Art, Bisbee Arizona
The project captures dramatic scenarios of different types of arts and performances. Dance
is a movement of the human body through space over time. The human body experiences
architecture and its spatial qualities through movement over time. To think about space created
for and by the body as the standard linkage between dance and architecture. I utilized the
dance performance theatre as a vehicle of design investigation by employing spatial concepts
as perceived in dance to inform architectural space design. I can address the creative process
by exchanging ideas from three artistic formalities. This project intends to find an architectural
solution for the dance performance, theatre, and art gallery, which can inform the users of
dance and allow dance to disclose the definition of the architectural space. I hope the images
and the content can expand the vision and interpretation of architecture, dance, and art.
